Our Event Policy for all CHICAGO TASTING CLUBS:
*Please always bring your confirmation print-out when checking-in at our will-call location on the event date.

We will need to verify your purchase(s) with the print-out to avoid any possible problems, etc. when in questioned. Without your print-out confirmation you could be denied entry or charged (cash fee) again to gain entry. The door staff has final say on entry and fee associated with entry to an event.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT TRANSFERABLE TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

YOU CAN SELL (RESALE) YOUR TICKET IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND AN EVENT BUT NEED TO PROVIDE US NOTICE OF YOUR REPLACEMENT ATTENDEE SINCE WE PROVIDE A WILL-CALL FORMAT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SALES YOU CONDUCT FOR YOUR TICKET(S). WE CANNOT SELL YOUR TICKET FOR YOU NOR CAN WE ASSIST YOU IN GETTING A REPLACEMENT FOR YOUR TICKET.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO ATTEND. EVENT ATTENDEE WHEN PURCHASING A TICKET THROUGH PAY PAL, TIX, RESALE OR DOOR SALES, ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THEY ARE ATTENDING, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. EVENT ATTENDEE VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, LEAGUE, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, WINDY CITY PRODUCTIONS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, CLUBS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY EVENT ATTENDEE FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.

Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the event purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management/staff to be disorderly or who fails to comply with these or any other management/staff rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS AUTHORIZED BY THE SELLER OF THE EVENT OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EVENT DATE, COST & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

The event purchase is a revocable license and admission may be refused at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law.
